Batescrew has partnered with many large corporations, delivering projects of large proportion or significance. Providing the appropriate infrastructure to move, transport or distribute water. The Batescrew team supervises and manages these large - scale irrigation projects in order to ensure the reliability and productivity of all projects. Because of its manufacturing capacity, Batescrew can produce a considerable size and quantity of irrigation pumps, valves and parts for a variety of operations.

 

Yungera Station, 2003 - 2019

  • Contract: Four turbine pumps

  • Duty point and size: 1100 L/S per pump, 4 x640kW motors

  • Model: Turbine 42m heads

  • Job details: First pump installed in 2003, the next three following in 2006, 2007 and 2019

  • Model: 24/30 1st stage A O/L D/C electric

  • Duty point and size: 1600 1/sec each, 12 pumps

  • Time: 11 weeks to manufacture and install

  • Job details: 12 pumps, both motor and slide rails were designed and installed.

  • Model: 24/30, 2 stage electric

  • Duty point and size: 6x 300kW 1x 350kW

  • Job details: foot mounted, angle application

 

Shell, Parramatta 2006

  • Model: 7SE 8 V P/L D/C electric

  • Duty point and size: 12 1/sec at 168m 37kw EXE motor and pump

  • Job details: E10 fuel is mixed at 160 m pressure, before going into tankers

  • Duty point and size: 42 s, 460L/s, 1475 rpm, 355 kW motors x 5

  • Job description: 2 pumps by another manufacturer with poor application design, 1 season MTBF extended these to 2 years so far, other pumps convert also.

  • Duty and size: 7 Foot mounted flange, 280 KW, 4 stage, 18HC impeller

  • Job description: 2 Pumps, design pumps and pipework, manufacture, install and commission for MDBA meter testing laboratory.
